02 · What we build

Five pains. Five things we build.

None of them gets installed: each is designed around your operation, your systems and your prices. Open each one to see what’s included and the numbers it’s measured by.

Manual work and systems that don’t talk to each other

Invoicing, dispatching, reconciling, putting together the month-end report: the tasks that eat up your team’s week. We automate them end to end and connect the ERP, CRM and channels that don’t share data today, with every step traceable.

The cost that leaks out without showing up in any report

Overtime that’s become routine, mistakes that have to be redone, licenses you pay for and nobody uses. We find where it’s going, line by line, and tackle what pays off most first.

The customers who leave because nobody got back to them

On top of your catalog and your prices, we build an assistant that serves, quotes, qualifies and books at any hour — and hands the case to your salesperson when it really matters. WhatsApp is a channel; what we build is yours.

The customer who asks the same thing three times

“Has my order shipped?”, “can you confirm the invoice?”, “when will it arrive?”. Those answers go out on their own, instantly, and your team only steps in when the case calls for it — with all the context already summarized.

The call that goes to voicemail

We pick up the phone on the first ring, at any hour: we confirm orders, book appointments, collect receivables and transfer to a person when the case requires it. No busy line, no voicemail, no menus.

03 · For every kind of operation

From one priority process to phased rollouts.

The method is the same; the scope, controls and pace change. Use this as a reference, not a fixed category: many companies start in one column and grow into the next.

Small businesses

Automate what matters most

  • Serve customers over WhatsApp, email or phone without depending on office hours.
  • Quote, invoice and collect without manual data entry.
  • Take repetitive tasks off a small team’s plate.
Where we usually start

One priority process, with its return calculated before we build.

Mid-sized companies

Connect departments and systems

  • ERP, CRM and channels that share data without copy and paste.
  • Traceability for every order, case or payment across departments.
  • Growing the operation without growing headcount at the same rate.
Where we usually start

A cross-department process map and a first integration that ends double data entry.

Large enterprises

Coordinate complex processes

  • Processes that span several business units, locations or countries.
  • Solution governance: permissions, human approval and a log of every action.
  • Phased rollouts, with documentation and handover to the internal team.
Where we usually start

A scoped pilot in one department or business unit, plus a phased rollout plan.

Phases, integration, human oversight, documentation and support: this is how we take a project from the first meeting to production.

This assistant is useless to anyone else.

We built it for a distributor: it knows their inventory, their contract pricing and their invoicing. Message it yourself and see the difference between something built for one business and a template chatbot.

What sets a custom agent apart

  • It knows the business. It checks real inventory, contract pricing and invoicing — it doesn’t answer from a decision tree.
  • It acts, not just answers. It builds the quote, files it in Siigo, books the technician and opens the case with an owner.
  • It knows when to step aside. It escalates to the right salesperson, with full context, when the case calls for it.
  • It lives where your customer is. WhatsApp, voice, web or your own system: the channel is a deployment decision, not the product.

Illustrative scenario. The companies, people and figures in this conversation are fictional; the agent’s behavior is exactly what we implement.

06 · How we work

First we understand your operation. Then we build.

We don’t sell subscriptions or licenses. We start by looking at how you work today, put a number on what it’s costing you, and only then do you decide whether it’s worth building.

  1. 01

    We listen

We sit down and look at how your team works today: what’s done by hand, what gets repeated, what falls through the cracks when the day fills up. We don’t show up with a tool looking for somewhere to plug it in.

Deliverable — A map of your operation with times, costs and prioritized bottlenecks.

    14cities served in Colombia
  2. 02

We put a number on it

We tell you how much it’s costing you to keep things as they are and how much you get back if we fix it, process by process, with every assumption in plain sight so you can challenge it. With your data, not industry averages.

Deliverable — Projected return per initiative, with assumptions and payback period.
  3. 03

    We build it for you

No templates: it’s designed around your processes, your systems and your prices. And you only move forward if the return justifies the investment — if the numbers don’t add up, we tell you in that same meeting and there’s no project.

Deliverable — Your solution in production, documented, with the code in your name.

That first conversation isn’t a form: you walk away with your own numbers, whether you use them with us or not.

08 · Why Claria

Custom engineering, grounded in operations.

We are a firm founded in Colombia, with our headquarters and team in Bogotá. We don’t resell generic software: we design around your processes and systems, deliver documented solutions with the code in your name, and work on Colombia time (UTC−5), which overlaps with most of the workday in North and Latin America.

01.

Custom-built, not templates.

Every business runs differently. We build what fits yours — instead of forcing you into a pre-packaged product that ends up being more dead weight than leverage — and the code stays in your hands.

02.

We build on what you already use.

ERP, CRM, service channels, invoicing and the spreadsheet a process depends on. We don’t ask you to switch systems to get started: we build on top of them and document every connection.

03.

Problem first, technology second.

We don’t show up with a tool looking for somewhere to plug it in. We understand what your operation is costing you and build only where the return is real and measurable.

04.

Control and traceability.

We define what the AI does on its own and what requires human approval, with least-privilege permissions and a log of every action. Built for operations that have to be accountable.

05.

Metrics, not adjectives.

Hours saved, costs cut and response times, measured against a baseline. No inflated narrative, no abstract “digital transformation”: numbers you can verify in your own operation.

What companies ask us.

Which business processes can Claria automate?

Any process that is repetitive or follows clear rules, in any department: sales (lead qualification and follow-up, quotes), customer service (WhatsApp, email and phone with AI agents that hand the case to a person when needed), finance (invoicing, reconciliation, collections), operations and logistics (orders, shipping, inventory) and the reporting that is still assembled by hand across departments. We prioritize them by the return each one frees up in your operation.

Do you work with small, mid-sized and large companies?

Yes. With a small business we usually start with one priority process, such as WhatsApp support or invoicing. With a mid-sized company, by connecting departments and systems so data flows with full traceability. With a large enterprise, with a scoped pilot in one department or business unit and a phased rollout, with the solution’s governance defined from day one. The method is the same; the scope, controls and pace change.

How do you integrate an AI solution with the systems we already use?

We connect to your ERP, CRM, messaging channels, email, databases and spreadsheets through their APIs or webhooks; when there’s no standard connector, we build custom middleware. We use authenticated, encrypted connections with the minimum permissions required, and every sync is logged and monitored with alerts. You don’t need to replace your systems to get started.

How does a phased implementation work?

First, a discovery of your operation: a process map with times, costs and bottlenecks. Next, the business case, with the projected return for each initiative and every assumption visible. Then we build in phases, with deliveries you can review every two weeks; the first piece is usually in production within 4 to 8 weeks. Each phase moves forward only if the previous one shows the expected value. In large operations we start with a pilot in one department or business unit.

How do you measure the results of an automation?

Before we build, we set a baseline with your data: hours per task, response times, errors and process cost. Once the solution is in production we measure the same things, and you see them on a dashboard of hours and costs saved, verifiable in your own operation. For reference, across 24 implementations our clients recovered an average of 42% of the operating time of the automated processes during the first 90 days.

How do you handle projects outside Colombia?

Our team is based in Bogotá and works remotely with companies operating in the United States, Canada, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Peru, Chile and Argentina, in English or Spanish. Bogotá is on UTC−5 all year, so we share most of the workday with North and Latin America. Business cases are presented in USD. On-site visits and contracting terms are defined by country and project scope.

What support and controls does each project include?

We document the solution, train your team and monitor it for the first 90 days; after that we offer monthly support on demand. On controls, we define with you what the AI can do on its own and what requires human approval, with rules, validations, least-privilege permissions and a log of every action. The code and automations live on your infrastructure and in your name. Support levels and response times are agreed in the contracted scope.

Do you build custom solutions or sell an off-the-shelf product?

Custom. We don’t sell subscriptions or licenses for a pre-packaged product: we look at how your business runs and build what it needs — automation of your processes, assistants that serve and execute, integration between the systems you already use, and custom software when it’s called for. The code and automations live on your infrastructure and in your name, with no lock-in and no black box.

How much does it cost to automate a process?

It depends on the scope, which is why we work per project with the projected return on the table: we prioritize what pays for itself within the first 90 days. In the first 30-minute conversation, free of charge, we review your operation and give you a realistic estimate.

How is Claria different from generic SaaS software?

Generic SaaS forces you to adapt your operation to a product designed for the average customer. We start with your problem and build around your process, integrating the tools you already use. The code is yours: no lock-in and no black box.

What is an AI agent and what is it used for in a company?

An AI agent is an autonomous system that understands its context, makes decisions and carries out tasks by connecting to your systems. Unlike a chatbot that only replies, an agent can qualify a customer, book an appointment, create an order or reconcile data without human intervention, and escalates to a person only when the case calls for it.

What does Claria mean?

Claria comes from “claridad” (Spanish for clarity) + “IA” (AI). We are an automation and artificial intelligence firm founded in Colombia and headquartered in Bogotá: first we give you clarity on what’s worth solving, and only then do we build.
